Terms & Conditions

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unharmed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products sent from our office in Denmark to our costumers has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. (Only for DK) 

There is a two year warranty on all products.

All shipping expenses in cases of returning a product are bound to the costumer.

When preordering you accept the terms written in products description.

Some of our products are made to order to reduce waste, so in rare occasions products won't be able for pick up at our location in Copenhagen. If this should be the case, we will contact you immediately.
